In this week, we star to prepare our final collection.
We choose the “ocean” for our design topic; our design will focus on evening
dress.
The first we make the mind map.
For my design, my inspiration is from jellyfish.
For my top I just use the shape from jellyfish, the trousers is the ultra-wide-leg trousers with the slits. My whole design looks full of
layering, the slits on the trousers are symbolizing the jellyfish’s cirrus, and
translucent gauze at back make whole garment looks elegant. For the fabric I will choose some soft and sheer
fabric, like silk, georgette and chiffon.
